Hello Awesome Classmates,
Hope this finds all well! We are within about two and one half months from the Homecoming and Birthday's Party Class Get-Together. It will be here before we know it! This Tuesday, August 4, A Class Planning Group Meeting - Conference will focus on backbone planning for the get-together. I have attached three control/consideration documents for that Planning Meeting - Conference. You will find an Agenda, a Time Blocks Schedule, and a list of Event Development Functional Units (partial). Please review them and attend the Skype conference or relay your thoughts to a Classmate who will be partricipating and who can provide your thoughts to the rest of the Group. Ken Runyan will host the Skype conference call. Please enjoy the remainder of the summer with care and rest so you are in good condition for Homecoming and the Party! This one may just be a blockbuster! Again, hope all well! TT
